  • WhatsApp & Meta data: when you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp profile name, phone number, message content and media, and message metadata (such as timestamps and delivery/read status) through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • Information collected automatically (website): device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, referring URLs, and similar usage data collected via cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Information processed on behalf of our clients: where we provide WhatsApp automation or marketing services to business clients, we may process end-customer data on their behalf as a data processor.

We only send WhatsApp messages to users who have opted in or initiated contact, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or messaging us to unsubscribe.
